Reelstack ("we," "us") makes short-form videos for businesses' social media. This page explains what information we collect through reelstack.us and how we use it.
When you submit the request form, we collect the details you enter:
We don't ask for payment information on this site.
We use your information only to reply to your request, discuss a possible project, and manage our work together. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms, which delivers them to our email. The site is hosted by Netlify, which may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you visit. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy.
This site doesn't use advertising cookies or analytics tools. If that changes, we'll update this page.
We keep request emails for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
